Protein Power Pancakes

Breakfast is our favourite meal of the day here at SPINACHED! These Protein Power Pancakes are perfect for getting your protein incorporated into your day from the beginning! Plus if you make a little extra you can enjoy healthy delicious pancakes as snacks throughout the rest of the day..

Servings: 8 pancakes


  • 40g SPINACHED Fit & Lean Protein
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon or chai spice


  • Mash the bananas until smooth
  • Mix all ingredients till even mixture
  • Pour ⅛ of the mix on a pan and cook pancakes on both sides
