Equipment Needed:

- Juicer

- Blender


Servings: 1


  • 1 tsp SPINACHED Gut Wellness
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 Apples
  • ½ medium Cucumber
  • 3 cm Ginger
  • ¼ of a Banana
  • 1 Pear (1/4 diced and blended and 3/4 juiced)
  • 3 cubes of Ice 


  • Juice the carrot, apples, cucumber, ginger and the 3/4 of the pear 
  • Add the banana, 1/4 of diced pear, ice  and SPINACHED gut wellness to the extracted juice and blend until smooth.
