We don't add any sugar, flavourings, artificial ingredients, fillers or junk to any of our products - just 100% organic superfoods and nothing else. 

There are many different factors that can influence how SPINACHED affects you. This includes your diet, health, lifestyle, hormones and much more. For maximum benefits, take the recommended daily serving consistently everyday. 

Many customers notice the benefits in as little as a few days, and for some, while for others it may take a couple of weeks.

Yes, our supplements are made using 100% natural superfoods so it should be fine to take whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. Please note, some do naturally contain caffeine so if you are trying to avoid caffeine, please refrain from taking supplements with caffeine in it. 

Yes, SPINACHED superfood supplements are safe for children as they are made using 100% natural ingredients. Please note, some of our superfoods do naturally contain caffeine so depending on the age of your child, you may wish to avoid some of our blends.

SPINACHED supplements are made with 100% natural organic superfoods. We are not medically qualified to make recommendations specific to medication interactions or health conditions. We recommend that you always seek the advice of your General Practitioner.

Orders & Shipping

Orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are usually delivered within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number, so that you can follow your order. Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam folder - so please be on the look out! If you are unable to successfully track your order, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@spinached.co.uk

We will happily accept returns for unopened SPINACHED superfoods in an undamaged condition, within 30 days of purchase. Postage cost must be covered by you and we highly recommend using a tracked service.

Unfortunately, no. Please contact hello@spinached.co.uk as soon as you notice something about your order and we will do our best to support you. Please note, you can return any unopened SPINACHED superfoods to us within 30 days from purchase for a full refund.

Subscription Management

If you add Subscribe & Save to your SPINACHED order, you will receive repeat deliveries every 30 days. This will be automatically charged to your original payment method. Subscribe & Save benefits include a 20% discount on your first order, then 15% off  of repeat orders, plus free shipping.

Absolutely! You have the ability to make changes at any time through your account or by contacting us hello@spinached.co.uk. You can amend your order date, swap a product, change delivery frequency, skip a shipment or cancel altogether.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging-in to your subscription portal here or by contacting our customer service team at hello@spinached.co.uk.

Please note that we require 2 business days notice before your next delivery, so that we can ensure this can be cancelled in time for you.

Unfortunately, no. A reminder email will be sent to you about your subscription renewal at least 2 business day’s before it is processed. We require at least 2 business day’s notice to cancel an upcoming shipment. Please note that if your renewal order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel this.
