Protein Power Smoothie

Getting your protein in can sometimes be hard to balance. At SPINACHED we like getting off to a great start by eating protein with our breakfast - or in this case, drinking it! So try this protein smoothie and start the day off on a powerful note!

Equipment Needed:

- Juicer

- Blender 

Servings: 1


  • 1 tbsp of SPINACHED Fit & Lean Protein
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 large handful of Spinach
  • ¼ of a medium Pineapple
  • ¼ of a medium Cucumber
  • 1 Lime (pealed) 
  • 3 cm of Broccoli stem
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 tsp Mixed Seeds
  • 3 Ice cubes


  • Juice the apple, spinach, pineapple, cucumber, and broccoli stem
  • Add the avocado flesh, mixed seeds, SPINACHED Fit & Lean Protein and ice to the extracted juice and blend until smooth.
